Casais España IC, a company belonging to the Casais Group, from Braga, and the Spanish construction company ACR, completed the assembly of an industrialized structure for a B&B hotel in just 14 days, with the video of the works now being released.
During the two weeks of assembly of the industrialized system, all external parts, including the facade with frames and glass, were completed. The industrialized bathrooms were distributed across the floors along with pipe kits for installations, all manufactured externally and assembled on site, according to the company.
Around “six months were saved compared to traditional construction methods, minimizing the environmental impact on the surrounding area”.
With 120 rooms spread over five floors and outdoor parking, this project incorporates a new standard of sustainable construction that will strengthen the B&B hotel chain.
The structure and facades of this project are based on the industrialized system developed by CREE Buildings, especially suitable for projects where sustainability is prioritized.
