Intending to be “a moment of reflection and debate on the real estate sector”, this initiative “aims to promote discussion around housing policies, the functioning of the real estate market and the articulation of these elements with the urban territory”, explains a note Nersant press release.
“We know that housing problems in Portugal and the Ribatejo region are a reality that cannot be ignored. With this conference, we want to discuss the housing issue and analyze the ongoing measures to deal with these challenges”, explains António Pedroso Leal, President of the board of directors of the business association.
“NERSANT.IMO.2024 – 1st Real Estate Meeting in Torres Novas” takes place in the association’s pavilion, on the 19th and 20th of April, and aims to “bring together the real estate sector, banking, urban rehabilitation, sustainable construction, energy efficiency, municipal urban planning, architecture offices, studies and projects, as well as construction and public works companies”.
