On the 10th of April, in a meeting with the National Association of Passenger Transport (ANTROP), the main points that are currently present in companies covered by CCTV between FECTRANS and that employers’ association were presented, which were as follows:
To be addressed immediately:
Migration of former workers. AEs for CCTV maintaining the most favorable aspects, as has already been done in RL – Rodoviária de Lisboa and EVA Transportes (Algarve);
Rest break that ANTROP has avoided wanting to negotiate.
Meals – Values and allocation rules
In a second phase we argue that, in addition to the automatic rules of salary update, it is necessary to return to the topicbecause to improve the quality of the service provided, it is necessary to increase salaries in order to attract more workers and retain current ones.
A new meeting is scheduled for April 29th, where we await responses from the employers’ association and it depends on it evolving its positions, so that workers see recognition of their commitment and their profession valued and this will not happen if ANTROP continues to avoid discussing and negotiating problems.
