First derivative of Batman (2022), acclaimed film starring Robert Pattinson and directed by Matt Reeves, Penguin got its first trailer, which showed first glimpses of the criminal underworld of Gotham Cityafter much waiting.

The preview shows how the character, played by Colin Farrellafter the events of the original film, in which Charade (Paul Dano) spread several bombs across Gotham and flooded the city. Due to the deaths of major crime bosses in the city, Oswald Cobblepot/Penguin will start to become a big gangster.

To date, the streaming service Max did not reveal whether any other actor or actress besides Farrell will reprise the role of Batman on the Serie. The cast of Penguin also includes Cristin Milioti (Sofia Falcone), Rhenzy Feliz (Victor Aguilar), Myles Humphus (Giant Dom), Berto Colon (Castle), Alex Anagnostidis (Ray), between others.

With eight episodes in total, the series is directed by Craig Zobel. Already Lauren LeFranc, Bill Carraro, Dylan Clark, Rafi Crohn, Colin Farrell, Daniel Pipski, Matt Reeves It is Zobel are executive producers.
