Prime Video releases in April 2024

The month will bring good premieres for fans of horror, science fiction and games series, in addition to the arrival of the Oscar winner for Best Film in the catalog

April should bring good productions for Prime Video subscribers, which will have spin-off series The Walking Deadin addition to the premiere of the adaptation of the video game franchise Fallout. However, the highlight must remain with the arrival of Oppenheimerwinner of the Oscar for Best Film in 2024.

After the arrival of Tales of The Walking Dead to Prime Video, April will bring series to the streaming catalog The Walking Dead: Dead City, The Walking Dead: The Ones Who Live. The first production follows Maggie (Lauren Cohan) and Negan (Jeffrey Dean Morgan) trying to survive in an apocalyptic Manhattan, in events after the original series.

Already The Ones Who Live follows the love story of Rick Grimes (Andrew Lincoln) and Michonne (Danai Gurira), who live in a world that is constantly changing as they try to discover who they really are.

The month of April will also see the premiere of the first season of Fallout, adaptation of Bethesda’s role-playing game franchise. Telling an unprecedented story within the gaming universe, the series will show an inhabitant of Vault 33 on her first trip to the outside world devastated after a nuclear war.

And speaking of bombs of mass destruction, Prime Video announced the arrival of Oppenheimera film directed by Christopher Nolan and starring Cillian Murphy and features names such as Matt Damon, Emily Blunt and Robert Downey Jr. The film, which won awards such as the Oscar for Best Film, Director, Actor and Supporting Actor, tells the story of the American physicist who led the project to create the atomic bomb.
