It’s been two months since Bayern München decided (and announced) that the connection with Thomas Tuchel will end at the end of the season, but fans are still not convinced of this option and as such have created a petition with the aim of keeping the coach. It already has almost 12 thousand signatures.
«What a horrible decision! Thomas Tuchel, also known as Juppel, never had it easy in Munich. Despite the negativity surrounding him in the media and the situation he faced in a team with a plague of injuries, Tuchel took us to the semi-finals of the Champions League”, say the fans, on the official website of that initiative.
The petition aims to reach 15 thousand signatures and is getting closer to that number. Meanwhile, names of potential successors to Tuchel are emerging, as was the case with Ralf Rangnick, who even confirmed contacts.
«With all due respect to the other candidates, Emery or Rangnick, they are coaches who cannot match Tuchel. As Bayern fans, we want to emphasize that he is the right man and should stay. That’s why we’re starting this petition, with the hope of attracting the attention of the media and, above all, Bayern officials. We want Juppel and no one else.”
