O Liverpool has reached an agreement in principle with Feyenoord for their coach Arne Slot to be Jurgen Klopp’s successor, according to the Dutch press.
Slot was on Liverpool’s list of candidates to replace the Reds’ coach from the beginning (along with Rúben Amorim) and was at the top of the list when due diligence in relation to all fundamental criteria was completed.
After days of negotiations, English Sky Sports News understands that the two clubs have reached an agreement on compensation for the 45-year-old coach, who still has two years left on his contract.
The package should amount to eight million euros, plus two million euros in objectives. The Dutch newspaper AD first reported
