Sony took advantage of this Tuesday morning (02) to announce the first game that will be part of the PS Plus Extra and Deluxe Games Catalog. This is Dave the Diver, who debuts on PS5 directly through the service, on April 16th.

The information came in a publication on the PlayStation Blog. According to director Jaeho Hwang, the title will take advantage of DualSense’s unique technologies: adaptive triggers and haptic feedback.
Dave the Diver is a game that combines an ocean exploration adventure with managing a sushi restaurant. Players can look forward to “captivating” narrative, characters and minigames.
The focus of the gameplay is the preparation of a menu and the action of serving respectable dishes. But it doesn’t stop there: players will participate in minigames such as a cooking contest, a musical rhythm game and even a seahorse race.
Dave the Diver arrives on PS5 directly on PS Plus Extra and Deluxe, after having debuted some time ago on other platforms. The title was released in June 2023 on PC and in October of the same year on Nintendo Switch.
Ten games will leave PS Plus Extra and Deluxe in April
With the arrival of Dave the Diver and other titles on PS Plus Extra and Deluxe in the middle of this month, some games are saying goodbye to the service.
