A man died and three women were injured in a serious accident in the early hours of this morning Saturday (27)in old village.
The victims were in a car that crashed into a Transcol bus.

The accident happened on the corner of Avenida Luciano das Neves and Rua Cabo Ailson Simões, which connects the Divino Espírito Santo neighborhood to the entrance to Terceira Ponte.
A tow truck went to the scene and removed the bus. The driver, who asked not to be identified, said he had just completed his work shift and was taking the bus to the garage.

The accident happened on the corner of Avenida Luciano das Neves and Rua Cabo Ailson Simões, which connects the Divino Espírito Santo neighborhood to the entrance to Terceira Ponte.
Five people were in the passenger car, including the driver and four women.

According to information provided by the Transcol driver, the car was traveling along the avenue when the driver ran the red light, hitting the bus.
