Coming soon in CocoaMarco (Diogo Amaral) goes to Cacau (Matilde Reymão) at the hospital, takes a box from his pocket with a ring, kneels in front of the chair and asks her to marry him. “Love of my life, will you marry me?” Cacau is stunned and decides not to accept. She tells him she still doesn’t want to take that step with him of getting married, preferring to do things without urgency. “We already have so much connecting us that it won’t be an alliance that will make a difference”he emphasizes, explaining that at this stage the important thing is to know that he wants to be with her. “I feel like… I don’t even know what to say… like a clown. That’s what I feel”, he replies, walking away nervously. She gets up with effort and goes to him. “Don’t make a drama where it doesn’t exist. What I wanted to say is that life has already brought us together in the most powerful way it could have: with a child. There is no wedding, or any ring, that connects two people more than that.”, he says, leaving the businessman emotional. He keeps the ring, asks if he ruined everything and wants to know if this decision has to do with Tiago (José Condessa).
Cacau gets angry and tells him that he has just seriously offended her by questioning her feelings, asking him to leave. The nurse arrives at that moment and is forced to expel the businessman. “You heard Miss Cocoa, didn’t you? Let’s let her rest. You know that at this stage, the priority has to be the baby…” Marco is devastated. “Sorry, Cocoa. Sorry for everything. My intention was the best. I didn’t mean to offend you…”, he states. Cocoa doesn’t even look at him. Marco leaves embarrassed and goes to Salomão (Paulo Pires) and asks him if he knows of any connection between Tiago and Cacau. Marco insists on a reluctant Solomon to talk to Tiago to find out if he has something to do with Cacau, admitting that he is desperate to really like her. Marco notices one in the folder where Vitória’s name is written. The lawyer tells him that he was going to talk about this matter with him, thinking that Vitória wants to get revenge on him for having a child with Cacau. “He personally came to leave me this dossier and I think it was not by chance. I don’t think he could accept Cacau’s pregnancy and is trying to screw him over now.” Marco looks at him confused.
