Submission period is now open and closes on May 30th
The Federal Institute of Sergipe (IFS) has a selection of books open for publication at the next launch event of Editora IFS (Edifs). Teachers, administrative technicians and undergraduate and postgraduate students can submit up to two works per author, until May 30th.
According to the notice, only original books will be selected from those sent and the rest not selected may be submitted in subsequent notices, following a new schedule to be published after the results of the current notice. Among the requirements for submission is that the proposal must be of individual or collective authorship, containing at least one author/organizer/collaborator with an active link with the IFS, per work.
The resources for the publications provided for in this notice are the responsibility of the Rectory of the Federal Institute of Sergipe, except the fee for registering the book with the International Standard Book Number (ISBN), which can be consulted through the Brazilian Book Chamber website. This fee must be paid only by the authors of the works selected for publication and only after EDIFS requests payment.
To submit, authors must send the books in DOC, DOCX or ODT format to the EDIFS email [email protected], along with the documents included in the selection notice. It is essential that the candidate carefully reads and follows the rules described in the notice. Finally, the selected books are expected to be published on November 30, 2024.
