O value is 3.87% higher than that earned in 2022 (1,011,113 euros) due to the component relating to participation in Nos’ results (which resulted in an income of 386 thousand euros for Miguel Almeida). The remaining 675 thousand euros refer to the fixed component.
José Pedro Faria da Costa, who on November 10, 2023 resigned from his position as financial administrator, appears just below Miguel Almeida, having earned more than 675 thousand euros. In total, Nos spent 4,184,548 euros on executive administration, plus 5.23% than in the previous year. If non-executive directors are included, the value rises to 4,962,048 euros.
Only executive directors, it should be noted, receive the “profit sharing” component.
In terms of shares, Miguel Almeida received 101,852 shares, holding at the end of December last year a total of 403 thousand shares of the telecommunications operator.
Nos closed last year with profits of 181 million euros, a figure that represents a drop of 19.4% compared to the previous year. However, if the gains obtained in 2022, associated with the alignment of infrastructures, were excluded, the net result would have grown by 30.7%, the operator announced at the beginning of March.
