Always seeking to improve the service offered to the population of Crato, the City of Crato, through the Municipal Secretariat for Social Development (SMDS), held a Planeja SUAS 2024 meeting on Friday, the 15th, in the auditorium of the Municipal Palace.
In her speech, the Secretary of Social Development, Ticiana Cândido, highlighted that public policy is planning, especially when it comes to social assistance policy. “Based on planning, we can optimize time and monitor and apply resources to bring improvements to SUAS users,” she said.
During the training, technicians who taught the meeting began by discussing the role of councils linked to assistance policy in the municipality, of which there are six in total; highlighted the continuous actions that need to be carried out; and proposed actions to be applied by the assistance equipment.
The meeting was attended by professionals from CRAS, CREAS, CRM, CadÚnico, Young Apprentice, Basic Social Protection, Social Assistance Surveillance; Shelter House; Strengthening Bonds; POP Center; between others.
