According to data from iFood, sushi is the 9th most requested option by Brazilians, standing out as a popular choice in São Paulo.

In addition to being delicious, oriental cuisine has results in women’s health. A study of Japanese people, published in Springer Link, found that the traditional Japanese diet can help prevent brain atrophy in middle-aged and older women. No association between this dietary pattern and brain atrophy was observed in men.
