Véronique and Laurent Blond, a French couple from Tarn-et-Garonne, aged 56 and 58, were reported missing on the island of Madeira on Saturday, March 16.

It was their daughter, who went on vacation with them, who alerted the authorities. Given the lack of clues, despite the searches in Portugal, the French police will carry out a search of the couple’s home.

According to Le Parisien, the couple’s phones and electronic devices were seized, leaving no clues. Now, a search will also be carried out at the couple’s home, who own a bakery in Beaumont-de-Lomagne.

According to the same media, there is nothing to indicate that the couple wanted to commit suicide.
