“It is with sadness but with a sense of responsibility that we announce the cancellation of the bullfighting festival announced for this Saturday, April 6th, in Coruche”, this is how the company Toiros com Arte announces the cancellation of the Festival announced for next Saturday in Coruche.
According to the company, “this cancellation is due to the complicated conditions of the floor (as illustrated in the attached images) which do not allow for the safety of the artists.”
The company managing the Coruche bullring states that “every effort was made and all alternatives were analyzed so that we could hold this festival”, however, “in line with all authorities and stakeholders, this was not possible.”
The bullfighting festival is therefore canceled and tickets purchased can be returned on April 6th at the ticket office at the Coruche bullring.
Furthermore, we inform you that, with the aim of rewarding the effort made by the fans who supported and waited for this festival to take place, there will also be the possibility of exchanging the festival ticket for a ticket for the first bullfight of the season 2024 in Coruche. Anyone who wants to do so, and be present at this first race, can keep their festival ticket and exchange it later – free of charge – for a ticket for that date.
