The film Hire Killer is now available on Amazon Prime Video and is one of the platform’s recent successes. The production starring Jake Gyllenhaal (Donnie Darko) is a remake of the action and comedy film of the same name starring the late Patrick Swayze (Dirty Dancing) in 1989. In the new version, Gyllenhaal plays a former MMA fighter who accepts work as a bouncer at a bar frequented by bullies and criminals.
Along with the star, the cast includes Portuguese actress Daniela Melchior (Fast and Furious 10) and singer Post Malone (Troco em Dobro), in addition to being directed by Doug Liman (Bourne Identity).
