This beloved Marvel actress started her career at an early age; not everyone recognizes her in this 1990 film

The film directed by Brian De Palma features Tom Hanks, Morgan Freeman and Bruce Willis in the main cast and talks about a famous Wall Street broker who intends to take his lover to Manhattan, but takes a wrong turn and ends up running over a man black in the Bronx. He then sees his life decreasing and that of an unknown journalist growing even more with the case.

The Bonfire of the Vanities also has Spider-Man actress, Kirsten Dunst, in the role of Campbell McCoy, the daughter of the main character, Sherman McCoy (Tom Hanks). At just eight years old, this was the actress’s first feature film.

Interview with the Vampire came later

Bonfire of the Vanities was the gateway to Kirsten’s great career because, four years after production, she debuted as Claudia in Interview with the Vampire, alongside Tom Cruise and Brad Pitt. The film and the actress were marked in everyone’s memory by the iconic kiss scene between Dunst and Brad Pitt. She even revealed in an interview that kissing him made her completely uncomfortable.
