According to data from the National Civil Aviation Agency (Anac), the helicopter registered PP-MMA, model EC 120 B, was manufactured in 2009. The airworthiness status is considered normal and the Airworthiness Verification Certificate (CVA) is valid until October 19, 2024.

The aircraft, which belongs to Âncora MG Participações Societárias LTDA, can carry up to four people and has a maximum takeoff weight of 1,715 kg.

Still according to Anac data, there is a denied operation for an air taxi, which, according to the agency’s advisors, means that the aircraft does not have specific authorization to carry out air taxi operations, not that there is any irregularity in the registration itself. .
