Tavira Municipal Museum presents activities for families during the Easter holidays

During the Easter holidays, the Municipal Museum of Tavira/Palácio da Galeria offers an enriching experience for families, with several short workshops, focused on traditional arts, in partnership with the Associação Em Contacto Tavira – Projeto Lado a Lado and artisan Domingos Vaz.

These activities are aimed at children and young people and aim to promote creativity and learning, providing participants with a playful and educational experience.

In the days March 26th and 0April 2ndbetween 2pm and 5pm, there are Crochet Rosettes workshops, providing families the opportunity to learn and create crochet pieces, a traditional art that combines skill and creativity.

Day March, 27 thfrom 10:00 am to 1:00 pm, there will be a Traditional Cane Toys workshop, under the guidance of artisan Domingos Vaz, who teaches us how to make traditional cane toys, an activity that combines tradition and fun.
