Despite being one of the most used tools to communicate on the Internet, WhatsApp still has some gaps in areas that many consider key. One of them is the way in which users can start conversations with other users who are not in their contacts. This may soon change with a new feature being prepared at WhatsApp.
Simple to have conversations with external contacts
Despite all the many millions of active users it has, WhatsApp still wants to expand its usage base. There are some changes being prepared to attract new users, showing that there is still room to have a more active presence.
With this idea in mind, WhatsApp now seems to be looking for new ways to get users to communicate. It is not at all an easy process for those who are not on the contact lists, but with some known tricks, this is not an impossible task.
Of course, adding contacts may not be a solution, especially when these communications are occasional. Also in situations where users do not want to create a close relationship, it does not make sense to make the addition, losing, however, all the extras that the app provides in this situation.
WhatsApp will have new features to simplify the process
The solution appears to be already being prepared, to be presented later. A new interface was detected in the beta version of WhatsApp, although it is not public or accessible to users who decided to try the new features before they are launched globally.
As you can see, WhatsApp is preparing to bring a numeric marker, similar to any Phone app. This should allow users to call all the numbers they want to contact, even if it appears to be only for voice calls from this service.
It is not yet clear what the action points of this new marker on WhatsApp will be or if a similar interface is already being prepared for text conversations. The truth is that this is an important new feature that opens the door to much more direct communication on WhatsApp without any of the confusion that may be associated with it.
